  Bill’s responded to my previous complaint of no hot water in my MASTER BATHROOM referring to another bathroom that addressed that included an easily fixed shower head & adjustable plug. This had nothing to do with the MASTER BATH NO HOT WATER THAT WAS NOT NOTED in the inspection. It was a broken cartridge that needed to be replaced and blowing out the lines & nothing to do with the hot water heater! If you would like to discuss the inept inspection in this regard you can call me not wrongly dispute it here!

  I have used Bill’s Home Service for many many years. They are reliable, thorough, and the men who have sprayed my house are polite, and also friendly and go out of their way to help if I have a question.
